Gary A. Hewetson founded the firm in 1980 after serving as both the Misdemeanor and Felony Divison Director of the State Attorney’s Office for the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida, Clearwater Division.  During his tenure as an Assistant State Attorney he both prosecuted and supervised the prosecution of numerous criminal cases within the Circuit.  Since the Firm’s inception, he has focused his practice in the areas of Divorce/Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury. He holds an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, the highest rating available for legal ability and ethical standards.
